This Hall houses a few of the other legions who have lost their Halls.

The Iron Legion: Hall of Wisdom
Haunt: 3 Memoriam: 3 Hopkins Nursing Home
This Hall was reclaimed by the Hierarchy on day 67 of the war.
During the seventies, this was a well respected nusing home, staffed by caring professionals. Then in the eighties, one of the nurses went on a killing spree by overdosing thirteen elderly men and women. the Iron legion, who had a patrol there, quickly moved in and took revenge upon the nurse.
While the nursing home is still open, the wraiths don't mind being around the elderly quick. They see it as a recruitment center.

The Penitent Legion: Hall of Madness
Haunt: 4 Memoriam: 2 Riverdale Asylum
This is an institution for the criminally insane, and it shows. Not one of your five star asylums, this one is staffed badly. The inmates are regularly beaten out of hand and are given drugs that make them seditent. The Penitent Legion finds existing here is far more comfortable than anywhere else. They use the inmates for their little pandemonium plays, and scare the staff with them.

The Gaunt Legion: Hall of Misery
Haunt: 4 Memoriam: 1 The Joseph and Mary Clinic
This Hall was relcaimed by the Hierarchy on day 109 of the war.
This used to be one of the best clinics in the city, but due to cut backs in funds and staffing, it became the worst. Many sick and injured die here because of it. The clinic hasn't been open in over a decade, and with the Gaunt legion here, it'll stay that way.

The Grim Legion: Hall of Order
Haunt: 5 Memoriam: 5 The World Trade Center
After the World trade Center bombing, the Grim Legion moved right in. It turned many of the offices into living quarters and the conference rooms into war rooms. this, besides the Citadel in Washington Park, is the largest Hierarchy haunt in the city. From here, Sanders organizes routine patrols, and maintains an armoury. No other Legion is allowed within it's confines without written authorization.

The Legion of Fate: Hall of Oracles
Haunt: 3 Memoriam: 3 Memorial Parkway
This Hall was reclaimed by the Hierarchy on day 92 of the war.
