History: After his dying of a heart attack, Morrow decided to take charge of what was left of his existance. He served in the Iron Legion as a consultant to the Anaceron, never believing that one day, he too would wear the mask. Once he became Anaceron, Morrow tried to change the politicking ways of the council. He wasn't very successful, and to this day he still tries. Morrow sides with no one, staying neutral in all things. He will offer advice when asked, but will not voice a strong opinion. Secretly, he regrets voting for Deter as Governor.
