�History: Deter came the Necropolis fifty years ago, as a legionnaire of the Grim Legion. His ambition would not allow him to stay a lowly legionnaire, so slowly he climbed his way to Regent. He was given command of several patrols then and used them to almost wipe out the Renegades of the city.

�He was given the name of "Butcher" after the Battle of Ellis Island, in which he knowingly sent several patrols to their final deaths. He then was appointed Governor and instituted Martial law in the city. The current Renegade problem concerns him most and he is fanatical about bringing them to justice.
