Billy joined the 82nd Cohort when he was discovered roaming the streets looking for his mother. Brianna took an instant liking to the boy, and took care of him. It was during this time that Billy, an agent for the Blighted Sun, began to take an interest in what the Cohort was doing. He watched them closely, and reported everything to Usher.

 Billy showed his true colors once he had no choice. During the ensuing battle, he made well his escape and plans to keep an eye on the 82nd. He is unsure of how he will do this, but plans are being made...
