Alu was once a Thrall to Beau and Rochelle Worthington, of the Atlanta Necropolis. Thought to be a drone, he was brought on board the Ulysses for transport to Necropolis London.

  Alu escaped the slave pen and found his way into Brianna's room. There he revealed himself to Brianna, as a Thrall not a drone. Brianna and Remy devised a plan to free him, however, Beau discovered his whereabouts and demanded his return. Beau refused to give up ownership of Alu untill Erik had a private discussion with him. Finally free, Alu left the ship in Necropolis London with Nachabe and Gerard.
